Let us host your next adult gathering, team-building event, corporate event, club meeting, or adventure out!

With an easy booking system and a wide range of crafting activities and food options to choose from, planning a gathering at the Cube is quick and simple…and your attendees will have a BLAST!

We are located right off of I-287 and close to I-78 for easy access to our space, whether during lunch time or at the end of a work day! Let’s make something exciting together!

Adult Gathering package includes:

Dedicated host to lead project of choice

2 hours of crafting time on project you select when reserving. All basic materials included.

Bottled waters and sodas

BYO wine and/or beer (no hard liquor permitted)

Option to add a wide range of food selections

Project choices include canvas painting, glass fusing, mosaics, glaze design on pre-made ceramic platters/mugs/vases, or clay working.

Please note that outside food and drink (aside from BYOW/B) is not permitted. We are a nut-free facility.

Pricing:

$395 for the first 10 participants

$30 for each additional participant

maximum of 30 participants (adjacent room added at $100 for 16+ participants)

FAQ:

Can I bring food and/or drinks to the gathering?

While we do not allow any outside food or drinks to be brought to the party (aside from BYOB/W for this particular gathering), we may be able to accommodate special dietary requests. Please contact us with any questions.

Can I bring my own decorations?

We allow outside decorations as long as they are kept in the main party room you reserved. The decorations may not be attached to our walls or ceilings and must be free-standing.

Can I arrive early to set up my own decorations?

We are unable to offer early set-up, but when you arrive, our staff will be able to take any decorations you have brought and will set them up in the Craft room(s)! Please note that we are unable to assemble decorations that come unassembled. If you need to string up or otherwise assemble any decorations, we would ask that you do so prior to arriving and bring your decorations fully assembled so that our staff can set them up quickly.

I don’t know my final guest count yet. Can I tell you the day of the event?

Since we plan ahead for your party, please be sure to let us know your final guest count at least 5 days prior to your event (at the time that final payment is due). We can adjust your planned guest count if you contact us at least 5 days prior to your event and provided that your guest count falls at or below the guest limit for your event.

Can I get a refund if some of my guests don’t show up?

Since we plan our staffing, space, and materials based upon the number of participants you provided when you made final payment, we are unable to offer refunds for guests who do not show for an event. However, you can give us a call to update your participant count at any time prior to final payment (due 5 days prior to your event), and we would be glad to adjust the price accordingly.

Can we bring our own magician, singer/entertainer, etc.?

We do not permit outside vendors to work on our premises, but we have plenty of creative, engaging options that will make your event a blast!
