What is your space like?
Our beautiful, modern facility is comprised of a 2,500-square-foot indoor space and a huge gated backyard that can be enjoyed all season long. The interior is divided into multiple sections for maximum enjoyment by age and use, and includes space for soft play, pretend play, arts/crafts and pottery building. Our bathrooms are easily accessible from all sections, and we have a changing table for babies. Our café is available during Open Play and Open Craft and has high chairs.
How can I see your schedule for Open Play and Open Craft?
Click on the BUY TICKETS button at the top of our page. Then, choose your activity, and click Add to Cart. It will then give you date and time options that you can view and select. It won’t add anything to your cart until you make a selection.
Can I bring outside food and/or drinks?
Please do not bring outside food or drink unless it is required for your baby. We have a delicious range of tasty foods and treats for you to enjoy in our Crafty Café!
How do you handle food allergies?
Our facility is nut-free, meaning that we do not use any nut products (although our products may be made in a facility that also produces nut products). For other food allergy issues or concerns, please contact us. We take food allergies very seriously and want to be sure to accommodate allergies to the very best of our ability.
Do I need to provide the supplies for my party?
Nope! We provide all of the fun! When you reserve your party package, just be sure to make the appropriate selections for the food that is included with your package, as well as any add-ons you’d like to include. We’ll take care of it all when it’s showtime!
What equipment do you have in your art studio?
Our art studio is equipped with ample seating and work tables to create stunning works of art, including canvas painting, mosaics, and fused glass with the help of our glass-fusing kiln.
What equipment do you have in your pottery studio?
Our pottery studio is equipped with ample seating and a large set of work tables ideal for both handbuilding and the finishing touches for pieces thrown on our Brent pottery wheels. We have a professional kiln for firing off pieces, and a glazing area for putting on the polish!
Can I get a refund for a ticket that I purchased?
We cannot issue refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
I bought a ticket that I can’t use. Can I give it to a family member or friend?
Yes! Tickets can be shared as needed.
Is my ticket transferrable to a different date?
Yes! You can call us for help switching times and/or dates, subject to availability, and as long as your session hasn’t already happened.
I booked a party and need to change my guest count and/or food selections. What should I do?
Please give us a call! We can make changes for you until the Tuesday prior to your party. Any requests for changes after the Tuesday prior to your party cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate.
I visited and made a project (or my party made a project) that needs to be fired in the kiln before pick-up. How long do I have to pick up after it is fired?
We will contact you to let you know once your project is ready to pick up. We will hold your finished project for 45 days from the date we contact you to let you know your project is ready to pick up. After this period, any projects not picked up will become the property of Creative Cube, and we will no longer be responsible for their return.
For party project pick-up, the projects will be bundled together and must be picked up by the host.
Will my project come out perfectly from the firing process?
While we can’t guarantee that every piece will fire exactly as envisioned and occasional imperfections or cracks may occur, the true excitement lies in the creative journey, which we are excited to share with you!
